As a participant in the ON TRACK program, you commit to adhere to the following code of ethics:

1. Integrity: Demonstrate honesty and ethical behavior in all interactions and decisions.

2. Respect: Treat all individuals with dignity, courtesy, and respect, regardless of differences or positions.

3. Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions, decisions, and commitments, especially to commit to participation in the Program’s sessions and events.

4. Transparency: Communicate openly and honestly, sharing information and feedback in a clear and timely manner.

5. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the ON TRACK program and maintain trust by safeguarding the privacy of fellow participants.

6. Fairness: Make decisions impartially and treat all individuals fairly and without bias.

7. Professionalism: Conduct yourself in a professional manner, upholding the values and standards of the ON TRACK program. Arrive ahead of the scheduled start time to allow an on-time beginning of the sessions.

8. Continuous Learning: Strive for personal and professional growth, seeking opportunities to learn and improve your skills within the ON TRACK program.

9. Collaboration: Foster a spirit of collaboration, teamwork, and mutual support among fellow ON TRACK participants.

10. Community Engagement: Play a proactive role in enhancing the growing ON TRACK community and its mission towards achieving (gender) equality in alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 5 and 10. Strive to foster inclusive corporate cultures that embrace equal care. Promote the advancement of societal norms.
